Charleroi–Morocco flights: choose the route and prepare the journey

Ryanair’s booking pages document Charleroi routes to five Moroccan cities. A marketed route does not guarantee a daily departure or seats on a particular date.

A route page is not a guaranteed timetable

The research found official Ryanair pages for Charleroi–Tangier, Rabat, Marrakesh, Nador and Oujda. To book, still search the airline’s calendar for your intended dates and check both directions. A destination page may remain online while operating days or seasonal availability change.

We therefore do not convert a commercial route page into a promise of daily flights. Nor do we assign a route to another carrier solely because an old comparison website listed it. Check the operating airline, local times, airports and any connections before paying. A lead-in fare displayed for a different month is not the cost of your own trip.

Choose the Moroccan airport around your final destination

Compare the journey after landing as well as the flight. A cheaper arrival can become less practical if it needs a long ground transfer, an additional overnight stay or an out-of-hours car collection. Tangier, Rabat, Marrakesh, Nador and Oujda serve different regions; they are not interchangeable versions of one airport.

Write down your first accommodation address and the time at which check-in is possible. When visiting family, agree on a precise meeting point with the person collecting you. For a touring holiday, examine the direction of the itinerary and the return journey before buying an isolated outbound ticket. The most suitable option fits the complete trip, rather than simply having the lowest opening price.

Compare the total ticket and travel cost

Add the price of each flight, the baggage needed and the options you actually want. Compare the same journey specification: an under-seat bag is not a checked suitcase. Review allowances for every traveller and for the return, particularly where separate reservations or different carriers are involved.

Then include access to CRL, parking or a pre-flight hotel, and onward transport in Morocco. Keep necessary expenses separate from comfort options. This prevents a supposedly economical combination from becoming expensive through an extra bag charge or an unavoidable airport taxi. We do not publish a universal average airfare for dates that have not actually been selected.

Passports and entry rules depend on nationality

For Belgian travellers, Belgium’s Foreign Affairs service states that a valid individual passport is required for the tourist stays of up to three months covered by its advice; children are included. Do not assume a Belgian identity card alone is sufficient. Read the official advice and specific requirements before departure, especially for a longer stay or a particular personal situation.

That guidance does not replace the rules for another nationality. Travellers using a different passport should consult Moroccan authorities and their own country’s advice. Also check the conditions for returning to Belgium according to your status. Resolve name discrepancies or missing documents before going to the terminal, when there is still time to act.

Prepare baggage for the return as well

The Ryanair policy checked provides a personal bag measuring 40 × 30 × 20 cm and, with the relevant option, a second cabin bag measuring 55 × 40 × 20 cm with a 10 kg limit. A 10 kg checked-baggage service is different: it requires handing the bag over for carriage in the hold. Always reread the reservation because the option must apply to the relevant flight.

Allow space for return purchases rather than filling every compartment on the outward journey. Separate liquids, fragile objects and items needed during travel. Customs restrictions are not determined by baggage weight allowances: something may fit inside the case while still being subject to a separate rule. Consult official requirements for unusual goods you intend to carry.

Local times, terminal and departure margin

Read flight times in the local context of each airport. Do not calculate a transfer using a fixed time difference remembered from an earlier journey: seasonal changes and local arrangements should be checked for the actual date. Save departure and arrival with their cities to avoid confusion in a calendar.

Check the Charleroi terminal using the flight number and date, not only the airline. Allow time for security, bag drop where needed and document formalities. During maintenance of the BSCA website, follow airline messages and the operational channels indicated by the airport. An unavailable web page does not automatically mean the flight has been cancelled.

Arrange onward transport and useful contacts

Book a transfer to a complete address and establish the price or conditions before confirming. An accommodation shuttle has its own reservation process; appearing in a hotel description does not mean it will wait for you without a request. Keep a contact method available for a delay and clarify who is monitoring the flight.

Save the address, booking and meeting point offline. If a relative is collecting you, send the flight number and exact airport rather than only the city name. On arrival, time spent disembarking, completing controls and collecting baggage matters as much as the landing time when deciding a realistic meeting arrangement.

Method: documented routes, changing schedules

This guide was documented on 22 October 2026 using airline route and baggage pages together with Belgian Foreign Affairs advice. A commercial page shows that the airline markets a route; only a dated booking search establishes what is available for the intended trip.

Before paying, check destination, airport, dates, names, bags and change conditions. After booking, monitor notifications until the return journey is complete. We distinguish reference information from changing details so that the guide remains useful without publishing fictional permanent schedules or fares that are no longer available to book.
